3 slices packed in a box,
those with a white creamy shell,
left untouched for hours,
on the table overnight.

only to find a most gruesome sight,
when opened next morning,
instead of cakes,
a white plump queen ant.

during a test

a bullet through the centre of the forehead,
of an already dead stranger.
who had came alive in a nocturnal visitation,
only to die gruesomely once more.
